Six goals, a comeback and a runaway leader in NPL NNSW

Broadmeadow Magic continued their march towards the NPL NNSW premiership, but Round 15 will also be remembered for one of the most entertaining games of the season.
The runaway leaders were far too strong for Adamstown Rosebud, cruising to a 5-1 victory to maintain their commanding position at the top of the table.
Luis Lara Delgado struck twice, while William Ingram, James Cresnar and Jakob Cresnar also found the back of the net as Magic dispatched the third-bottom side with ease.

The result keeps Broadmeadow firmly in control of the title race.
Elsewhere, Newcastle Olympic and Kahibah produced a six-goal thriller that had just about everything.
Olympic led 2-1 before the competition's bottom side flipped the contest on its head, scoring twice in 13 minutes to suddenly move 3-2 ahead.
A shock victory was within touching distance.

But with 11 minutes remaining, Olympic struck back to rescue a point in a pulsating 3-3 draw that featured three lead changes and enough drama for several matches.
Second-placed Weston Bears dropped points but remained firmly in the title race after a 2-2 draw with Belmont Swansea.
The Bears twice found themselves in a battle against a determined Belmont side, with the points ultimately shared in an entertaining contest.
Maitland continued their strong campaign with a hard-fought 1-0 victory over Valentine FC.
Regan Lundy proved the difference, scoring the only goal of the match to secure another valuable three points for the Magpies.

Lambton Jaffas also enjoyed a successful afternoon, defeating Charlestown Azzurri 3-1.

Meanwhile, Cooks Hill United claimed one of the results of the round, edging Edgeworth Eagles 1-0.
