An NPL star is back in Victoria after a taste of pro football in the A-League
Preston Lions have pulled off one of the biggest signings of the NPL VIC season, bringing Luca Tevere back to the club following his stint in the A-League.
The attacking star has recommitted to the club until the end of 2027 after spending a spell with Perth Glory, handing Preston a major boost as they continue building for the future.
Tevere was on the books of Preston before he was lured away by Perth Glory in February.

The 24-year-old needs no introduction.
Before earning his opportunity in the A-League, he had established himself as one of the most influential and exciting players in Victorian football.
A match-winner capable of deciding games in an instant, his return gives Preston one of the competition's premier attacking talents.
Now, after testing himself at the professional level with Perth Glory, he is back in the NPL.
Preston's business didn't end there.
The club has also secured highly-rated central defender Zach Lisolajski from Perth Glory.
The Young Socceroo played a role in Australia's AFC Under-20 Asian Cup triumph in 2025 and arrives with a reputation as one of the country's most promising young defenders.
