Pat Loughrey fired Bayswater City to the top of NPL WA as the defending champions cruised to a 5-0 victory over Armadale.
The striker scored a hat-trick as Bayswater extended their winning streak to four matches and moved one point clear at the summit after Perth RedStar-Olympic Kingsway fixture was rescheduled.
Luke Palmateer opened the scoring before Ollie La Galia capped an influential display with a goal and two assists as the visitors overwhelmed Armadale after half-time.
Loughrey has now scored five goals this season.
Elsewhere, Perth Azzurri produced another stunning comeback.
